IT’s kind of good when somebody like me that suffers from AS has a kind of normal day. I am kind of the stuborn determined person that refuses to pay a visit to the doctor’s any longer, because all the want is a co-payment and then give u a prescription to fill out and send you to the pharmacy. I am against all that. And to be honest with you the last 3 years have been the best dealing with my AS. My posture is not the best. But just the thought of not taking all the drugs makes me feel good. My health has been the best in years. So go figure. I do believe the Lord has been my strength though, could and would not be able to do it without Him. He is my everyday strenth and support. FAITH is the Key.
